Terms for YourBookBound Orders

Service Scope

YourBookBound provides technical file review, proof coordination, one-copy book production and delivery. Unless separately agreed, we do not provide writing, proofreading, original illustration, publishing, ISBN registration or retail distribution.

Customer Responsibility

You must be at least 18 and confirm that you own or have permission to reproduce all submitted text, artwork, photographs, characters and fonts. You remain responsible for content accuracy and legality.

File Review

Our standard check identifies common technical printing risks but does not guarantee detection of every spelling, design, copyright, color or content issue.

Proof Approval

Your approval authorizes production using the approved files. Customer-created errors visible in an approved proof are not production defects. Screens cannot perfectly represent paper, texture, binding or exact printed color.

Prices and Changes

Prices shown apply to the stated standard specification. Additional pages, corrections, non-standard formats, extra copies, taxes and international delivery may require a separate quote. No additional paid work begins without approval.

Production and Delivery

Estimated timing begins after usable files and proof approval. Customer correction time, customs delays and carrier events are outside standard estimates.

Right to Refuse

We may pause or refuse unlawful, infringing, unsafe or technically unsupported projects.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
