How We Handle Your Information and Book Files

YourBookBound uses personal information and uploaded files only to evaluate, prepare, proof, print, deliver and support a customer’s order.

Information We Use

We may process contact details, order information, delivery information, payment confirmation, customer messages and book-production files needed to provide the service.

Your Files and Ownership

We do not claim ownership of customer content. We do not list customer books for public sale, use their contents in advertising or display pages and covers without separate written permission.

Service Providers

Information may be shared only with providers needed for secure storage, payment processing, production, delivery or support. They receive only the information required for their role.

Retention

Our intended standard is to delete production files within 30 days after confirmed delivery or resolution of an active support issue. Transaction and fulfillment records may be retained when required for accounting, tax, fraud prevention or legal obligations.

Adults Only

Orders and uploads must be submitted by adults aged 18 or older. The service is marketed to parents, guardians and adult creators, not directly to children.
