What to know before you order your book.

1. Service scope

YourBookBound provides one complete hardcover service for $99 USD per copy. It includes human file review, technical file corrections, interior layout and formatting, cover design or adjustment and spine setup, a digital proof and revisions before approval, production of one physical hardcover, and standard tracked shipping. You supply the completed text and images. Book specifications, copy count and delivery destination are confirmed before payment.

2. Customer responsibility

You confirm that you own or have permission to use all text, images, fonts and other material you submit. You remain responsible for the legality and accuracy of your content. Your copyright and ownership are not transferred to YourBookBound merely because you use the service.

3. Free initial file check

The free file check is an initial review, not a full edit or a guarantee that every content or production issue will be found. We use it to identify obvious file risks and explain the preparation plan for your $99 hardcover. The check is free and creates no obligation to order.

4. Price and payment

The price is $99 USD per hardcover copy, payable once for the copy count you order. All book services listed above and standard tracked shipping are included; there are no separate layout, cover design, handling, production or standard-shipping charges. Additional copies are $99 each. Payment is requested only after the free file check, confirmation of your specifications and copy count, and your decision to continue. Government import duties or taxes, if any, are separate. Payment options include PayPal, credit/debit cards, Google Pay, WorldAccount, PayU, EPS, iDEAL and Bancontact. Available methods depend on your country, currency and transaction and are shown on the secure payment page. Review the final amount and any payment-provider charges shown there before confirming.

5. Digital proof approval

Production begins only after you approve the digital proof. Approval confirms that the visible content, layout, page order and disclosed file-quality risks are acceptable. Proof revisions before approval are included in the $99 service. If you request changes after approval, contact us promptly so we can confirm whether production has begun and whether the changes can still be made.

6. Production and delivery

After payment is received and you approve the digital proof, we normally complete production and dispatch from China within three calendar days. International delivery typically takes approximately seven days after dispatch. Tracking information is sent after dispatch.

Production and delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs processing, carrier disruption, weather, incorrect addresses and remote destinations may affect timing. We will communicate material delays that become known to us.

7. 30-day production protection

If you report a verified problem caused by us within 30 days of delivery, you may choose a corrected reprint at no additional charge or a refund. Coverage and exclusions are explained in our Refund & Reprint Policy.

8. Right to refuse or cancel before production

We may decline material that is unlawful, infringes another person's rights, or cannot be produced safely or reliably. If we cancel a paid order before production for a reason not caused by your breach of these terms, we will refund the order amount.

9. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits a consumer right that cannot legally be waived in the customer's country or region.
