Receive one real hardcover
After payment and proof approval, we normally complete production and dispatch from China within three calendar days. International delivery typically takes approximately seven days after dispatch, and tracking is sent by email.

Before you upload
The short answers customers usually need before sending a finished book file.
Is the file check really free?
Yes. Upload your file and email for an initial human review and preparation plan. There is no payment or obligation to order. If you order, file corrections, layout, cover design, proof revisions and one hardcover are included in the $99 price.
Which file formats can I upload?
Interior files may be PDF, DOC, DOCX or RTF. A separate cover may be PDF, JPG, JPEG or PNG. Each individual file can be up to 100 MB.
Which book sizes do you offer?
Our common sizes are A5 (148 × 210 mm), A4 (210 × 297 mm), and 8.5 × 11 inches. Tell us your preferred size when you submit your file.
Is there a page-count limit?
There is no page-count limit. Choose the number of pages your content needs. We confirm the final size, paper and page count with you during the file check. The 100 MB upload limit is a file-size limit, not a page-count limit.
Which paper options are commonly used?
Uncoated woodfree paper (offset paper) and double-sided coated art paper. We confirm the paper choice with you during the file check.
Do I need to choose a service before uploading?
No. There is one $99 service with all book-preparation work included. Upload your completed content and we will explain what it needs.
What does the fixed price include?
$99 includes human file review, technical corrections, interior layout, cover design or adjustment, spine setup, a digital proof and revisions, one finished hardcover and standard tracked shipping. YourBookBound does not add separate service, production or standard-shipping fees.
Which payment methods can I use?
Options include PayPal, credit/debit cards, Google Pay, WorldAccount, PayU, EPS, iDEAL and Bancontact. PayU is available in Poland, EPS in Austria, iDEAL in the Netherlands and Bancontact in Belgium. Availability depends on your country, currency and the payment page. See payment options.
When do I pay?
Only after the free file check and your decision to order. We confirm your specifications and copy count, then send a secure payment link for $99 per copy. Options include PayPal, credit/debit cards, Google Pay, WorldAccount, PayU, EPS, iDEAL and Bancontact. Availability depends on your country, currency and the payment page.
Will I see the book before it is printed?
Yes. You receive a digital proof to review and approve before printing begins.
How long does production and delivery take?
After payment and proof approval, we normally complete production and dispatch from China within three calendar days. International delivery typically takes approximately seven days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; customs and carrier conditions can affect delivery.
What if the finished book has a problem caused by YourBookBound?
Report a verified production issue within 30 days of delivery. If we caused the problem, you may choose a corrected reprint or a refund under our Refund & Reprint Policy.
How long are uploaded files kept?
Normally up to 90 days after submission. Active support or legal requirements may affect retention; see our Privacy Policy for the full terms.
Can I order more than one copy?
Yes. Each hardcover is $99 with all book services and standard tracked shipping included. Tell us your quantity during the free check or order more later.
Do I have to order more after receiving the first book?
No. Your one-book order is complete on its own. Additional copies are entirely optional.
Can I order several copies immediately?
Yes. Tell us the quantity and delivery country when you submit your file. The price is $99 per copy, with all listed services and standard tracked shipping included. You do not need to buy one copy first.
Will additional copies have the same price as the first book?
Yes. The price is $99 per copy. Two copies are $198; three copies are $297. All listed book services and standard tracked shipping are included.
