What exactly does YourBookBound do?
We turn a completed PDF into one professionally printed hardcover book. The service includes a human technical file check, a digital proof, production coordination and tracked delivery.
Can you print only one copy?
Yes. One copy is the core service. You do not need a bulk print run.
Is this a publishing service?
No. We print and bind private or personal copies. ISBN registration, distribution, Amazon listing and marketing are not included.
Does my book need to be finished?
Yes. The text, illustrations and page order should already be complete. PDF Fix can address defined technical issues, but we do not write or illustrate books.
Files and Proofs
Will you edit or proofread my text?
No. Our review checks technical printing issues, not spelling, grammar, facts or story quality.
What is a digital proof?
It is a production preview used to check page order, placement and visible layout. It is not a physical sample and cannot perfectly reproduce paper or printed color.
Do you print before I approve?
No. Production begins only after proof approval.
What if an image is blurry?
We flag obvious resolution risks when possible. You can replace the image, approve the known risk or request paid assistance.
Price, Rights and Delivery
What does the $99 service include?
One standard hardcover, human file check, one digital proof, production coordination and tracked U.S. delivery. Corrections and non-standard specifications cost more.
Who owns my story and artwork?
You retain your rights. You grant us only the limited permission needed to review, proof, reproduce and deliver the order.
Can a child upload directly?
No. Orders and uploads must be submitted by an adult aged 18 or older.
What if the book arrives damaged?
Contact us promptly with the order number and clear photos. Verified production or shipping defects qualify for an appropriate remedy under our policy and applicable law.
